I'm on antibiotics for spots. Is it still okay to use facial washes and creams on it as well?

I have been perscribed Oxytetracyline for mild acne


is it still okay to use a face wash and the cream OXY 10?I'm on antibiotics for spots. Is it still okay to use facial washes and creams on it as well?
