Are there any good creams/antibiotics for minor cuts and scrapes on a little pup?

neosporin? Are there any good creams/antibiotics for minor cuts and scrapes on a little pup?
Neosporin is fine, bactine is a good cleansing rinse also. The problem is that if you put neosporin on cuts, dogs tend to lick it off, continually opening the wound. If the cut scabs up on itself and the dog isn't bothering it, leave it alone. If the cut is in a place the dog can't get to (like the top of the head or on the shoulders) then you can put something on it, knowing the dog can't further irritate it by trying to lick the product off.Are there any good creams/antibiotics for minor cuts and scrapes on a little pup?
use bag balm totally animal safe works great and We raise dogs we know
neosporin if fine
you can safely use neosporin
Tea Tree oil works the best. You can get this at a natural remedy store. It works great on any kind of wound and can be used on people as well.
polysporin is fine to use on minor cuts and scraps on your pets . my cousin is a vet and my cat came home with a cut on his ear and i took him in and she said to use this on him it is perfectly fine to use on a pet and will not make them sick if they lick it off.
my vet told me to use neosporin on my cat, so yes
People antibiotics are not safe for pets. Get some

creams/antibiotics from a vet's office. They are safe for animals. Usually if the animal is licking the wound, it will heal on it's own. Use the cream only if the wound is were a dog can't lick.
