Is tipple antibiotic ointment good to use on a burn or should I go to the store and get some burn cream?

Its really ugly looking and hurts to walk (its on my leg)

Pretty nasty burn too, I was pealing layers of skin off it after it happenedIs tipple antibiotic ointment good to use on a burn or should I go to the store and get some burn cream?
Get some lidocane spray-same stuff they use in hospitals to numb-and some burn cream. At least until you can get to your doc to get it looked at-which should be TOMORROW. Don't let it go too long so it doesn't get infected. Is tipple antibiotic ointment good to use on a burn or should I go to the store and get some burn cream?
The best thing you could do would be go to the ER or doctor and have the burn taken care of properly. A burn that damages skin to the extent you are describing is a pretty serious affair. Burn creams are meant for cases of ';I wash frying chicken, and got a grease pop burn';, not the sort you are talking about. A burn of that sort really needs to be properly evaluated and treated, to help you avoid big problems and a nasty scar.
Better than either one of those is just plain, simple honey.
