Everyones is different, you can use aquaphor or A%26amp;D the first 3-5 days then switch to lotion.TATTOO.when should i stop using antibiotic cream nd start using regular lotion?
Check with Wal-Mart they have sometimes the Aquaphor product, you can use that instead of regular lotions.

I also read an ad about a Vaseline intensive care lotion that is on the market, it says it heals tattoos really well, it has vitamins and aids in the process of healing. I am sorry I only glanced at the article in a magazine but is says it will heal any abrasion or tattoo.

I personally love Neosporin as opposed to A%26amp;D and have never tried Tattoo Goo because of costs, but myself and my coworkers all have tattoos and when asked about it they said Aquaphor and or Neosporin as well and one even commented favorably about the Vaseline product I have mentioned.
don't use antibiotic cream!!!! It causes the ink to bubble and could possibly pull it out! Use A%26amp;D for the first 24-48 hours then switch to thin, fragrance and dye free lotion like Lubriderm. Apply 4-6 times a day in the thinnest layer possible and allow the tat to breathe (don't cover with tight clothing) Keep applying every day until it stops peeling and itching, and the scabs are all gone.
Just use A%26amp;D until it's fully healed. It's just as good as any other product, it's cheap and readily available. Use it until the tattoo is healed, (7-10 days) and then use a non-scented moisturising lotion for another week or so to prevent dryness in the area. Simple!
stop using antibiotic cream NOW! switch to Aquaphor or A%26amp;D, and after your tattoo peels start putting unscented, water-based lotion, such as lubriderm, on it.
You shouldn't be using antibiotic cream! You should use A%26amp;D or similar products such as Tattoo Goo, etc. After 3 days of using that ointment you can start using non-scented lotion.
A and D cream is the best. or bag bomb or vasaline would do. antibiotic would dry up the skin and mess u up
