I have these open wounds n my face from cystic acne due to picking. Should I put antibiotic cream and a band aid on it or what so it does not scar? Or should I just let the air dry it out?Should I put a band aid and antibiotic cream on a open cyst ';acne'; on face to help it head and prevent a scar?
