Can I put one antibiotic cream on another type of cut?

I had an infection in my eczema a few months ago. I have an infected cut on both of my pinkies. Right where the nail touches the skin in the cuticle area. Can i use the antibiotic cream from the eczema on the cut since it is not expired. Thank you!Can I put one antibiotic cream on another type of cut?
