OK. The cream coat, blue shirt, and olive pants are too many different colors in one ensemble; unless your coat or shirt had all three colors in it. What you can do is the cream coat, tan shirt, and olive pants. These colors are basically neutral. You can get away with this. However, you should accessorize with a tan belt and shoes. You could leave the coat out, and wear a tie with tan and olive green in it. That would look great.
