Diaper rash cream the doesnt contain zinc oxide?

my sister has an allergy to any cream with zinc oxide and sometimes she watches my son so i want to buy some cream that isn't dangerous for her to use. what is the best kind?Diaper rash cream the doesnt contain zinc oxide?
Could she just avoid using diaper rash cream when she's watching your son?

Petroleum jelly could work if you're not using cloth diapers. Or you could try Lanolish (the breast cream) if the rash is very minor or you're just paranoid and feel like you have to cream him with every diaper change to prevent a rash. For a more irritated rash you could use some hydrocortisone 1% cream.Diaper rash cream the doesnt contain zinc oxide?
Vaseline or baby powder or corn starch. Or she can wear disposable gloves when she changes his diaper.
Vaseline
A %26amp; D ointment doesn't have the zinc oxide in it.
Definetly CORN STARCH! You wont regret it =)

Good Luck!
